Privacy Policy
Draft for review, not yet reviewed by a lawyer. Required content before payment processors (Paystack, Flutterwave, Stripe, PayPal) will approve merchant verification, but should get real legal review before you rely on it, since it governs real customer contact data.
What we collect
When you use ReviewBusiness as a business owner, we collect your name, email, business details, and the contact information (names, emails, phone numbers) you upload for your own customers. When a customer responds to a review request, we collect their rating, any feedback text, and, for broadcast link responses rated 1-3 stars, their name and phone number.
How we use it
Customer contact data is used solely to send the review requests you create and to prevent the same person being asked again once they’ve responded. We do not sell contact data to third parties.
Where it’s stored
Data is stored with row-level security so each business can only ever access its own records, enforced at the database level, not just in the application interface.
Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your business’s data, and your customers can request the same for their own contact information, by contacting us directly.
